Hours of Operation
Present hours of operation (subject to change at various times of the year): Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday: 10:00 am to 5:30 pm Wednesdays: 1:00-4:00 pm (hrs subject to change-may be off) Fridays: Closed
As my patient, you have direct access after hours in cases of an emergency. Call my office and follow the prompts and leave a message and I will then be beeped. I may be reached after normal business hours for emergencies only. Please call the office and leave a message. An emergency is a life or death situation. If you have an issue not considered an emergency, please contact me during normal business hours. I will return your call within 24 hours. I return most calls at the end of the day or the next morning.
Medications Do not run out of medications. For routine prescription refills make a request 3 (three) days prior to expiration of the prescription. Refills should not be called in as an emergency. Please first check with the pharmacist to see if there are any refills left before requesting another prescription. Please call the office during regular business hours to request refills. If your call forwards to the answering machine leave the information on the general message line to be retrieved later that day. If left after 3:00 on a regular business day, the information will be retrieved the following business day. |
